**Arbitration:** In arbitration, we are a neutral third party, known as an arbitrator, we review the arguments and evidence presented by both parties and makes a decision to resolve the dispute. Arbitration can be binding or non-binding, depending on the agreement of the parties involved.

**Conflict Coaching:** We provide conflict coaching which involves working one-on-one with a conflict coach to develop strategies for managing and resolving conflicts. The coach helps individuals identify their goals, interests, and concerns, and develop effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

**Facilitation:**  We are involved as neutral third party who helps guide a group through a structured process to address and resolve conflicts. As facilitators, we help ensure that all voices are heard, that discussions are productive, and that the group can reach a consensus or decision.
